    Track Your Order

    Every PAWD order ships with tracking. Here is what to expect and where to find it.

    Your tracking number

    We pack your order within 2 business days. As soon as it leaves us, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow it. That email goes to the address you used at checkout.

    If it has been more than 2 business days and you have not had that email, check your junk or promotions folder first. If it is not there, email us at hello@pawdstore.com with your order number and we will resend it.

    How long delivery takes

    Once your parcel is on its way, tracked delivery takes 6 to 9 business days. Tracking can take a day or so to show its first scan after we hand the parcel over, so do not worry if the link looks quiet at first.

    If tracking has not moved

    Parcels sometimes sit without a scan for a few days in transit. If yours has not updated for more than 5 business days, or it has passed the 9 business day window, email hello@pawdstore.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.

    Shipping costs

    Shipping is free on orders over A$49. Below that it is a flat A$9.95. The same promise applies wherever you are.
