Processing Times
All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday–Friday are generally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on NSW public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Note on personalised orders: Items that require engraving (personalised collars, custom tags) require an additional 2–3 business days for production before dispatch. Total lead time for personalised orders is therefore 3–5 business days before shipping begins.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@pawdstore.com.

Tracking Your Order
All PAWD orders include tracking. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time.
Australian orders: tracked via Australia Post, StarTrack, or Sendle. International orders: tracked via Australia Post’s international service to the border, then handed to your local postal service.
If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 7 business days (Australian) or 14 business days (international), please contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

PAWD ships from Sydney, Australia. All international orders are declared at full purchase value in compliance with Australian customs law.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a delivery is attempted and no one is home, carriers will generally leave a card and either leave the parcel in a safe place, hold it at a local depot, or redirect it to a post office for collection.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected parcels, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-delivery shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Parcels not re-dispatched within 30 days will be returned to stock and refunded (minus original shipping costs).
Personalised Orders
Personalised items (engraved collars, custom tags) are made to order after your purchase is confirmed. An additional 2–3 business days is added to processing time before dispatch.

  • Then standard or express delivery time applies

Our Shipping Partners
We partner with Australia Post, StarTrack, and Sendle for domestic deliveries, and Australia Post International for international shipments. Carrier selection is made by us based on parcel size, weight, and destination for optimal delivery performance.
