Measure around the base of your dog’s neck and allow two fingers’ slack. Between two sizes, size up — the buckle takes up the difference.
How long does delivery take?
We pack your order within 2 business days, then tracked delivery takes 6 to 9 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $49 and a flat $9.95 below that, wherever you are.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging, and we’ll exchange or refund it. Email us first so we can give you the right address. Return postage is yours for a change of mind, and ours if the item is faulty.
