Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, and we’ll refund it. Email us first so we can give you the right address. Return postage is yours for a change of mind, and ours if the item is faulty.
How do I keep it clean?
The care notes for each bed are in its description. Let it dry fully, away from direct heat, before your pet uses it again.
