They are packed within 2 business days, then take 6–9 business days by tracked delivery. Orders ship delivered duty paid, so there are no duties, customs fees or tariffs to pay on delivery. Returns within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unused in its original packaging. Email us before sending anything back so we can give you the right address. You cover return postage for a change of mind; if an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we reimburse the postage.

Sleeveless, with red trim at the neck and leg openings that keeps the fit neat without squeezing. Choose Evergreen and Red or Frost Grey and Red.

Fit: Measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs, and choose the size that covers it.

Snowflakes and zigzags are knitted through in the Fair Isle way, and a fluffy teddy wearing a Santa hat is stitched on. Without sleeves, it relies on red trim at the neck and leg openings to sit neatly without squeezing. Hand wash cool, reshape while damp and dry flat.

Run a tape round the deepest part of the chest, then from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, and check both against the table below. Between two sizes, size up.

How do I choose a size?
Each product has its own size guide on this page. For a collar, measure around the base of the neck and allow two fingers’ slack. For a harness or clothing, measure around the chest just behind the front legs, and for clothing the back length from collar to tail. Between two sizes, size up.
What does shipping cost?
Free on orders over US$35, and a flat US$6.95 below that. Every parcel is tracked.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging, and we’ll exchange or refund it. Email us first so we can give you the right address. Return postage is yours for a change of mind, and ours if the item is faulty.
Is it alright for everyday wear?
Yes. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and let it dry away from direct heat. The care notes for each product are in its description.
