A cat collar should have a breakaway buckle that releases under pressure, so the collar comes free if it catches on something. Where a collar has one, its product page says so, so check the listing before you buy.
For a collar, measure around your cat's neck and add 1 to 2 cm for comfort. For a harness, measure around the chest just behind the front legs. Most cats wear XS or S. Each product page has its own size guide.
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. Shipping is free on orders over US$35 and a flat US$6.95 below that.
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unused items in their original packaging. Email us before sending anything back so we can give you the right address. Return postage for a change of mind is yours; if something arrives faulty, we cover it. The full terms are on our returns page.
