One flat rate per country, and a free threshold in your own currency.
What it costs
- Australia — free over A$49, otherwise A$9.95
- New Zealand — free over NZ$60, otherwise NZ$10.95
- United States — free over US$35, otherwise US$6.95
- United Kingdom — free over £25, otherwise £5.95
That is the whole rate card. No express tier, no per-item charges and no surcharges added at checkout. You are billed in your own currency, so the threshold you see is the threshold you pay.
Where we ship
Australia, New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom. If your country is not on that list we cannot deliver to it yet, and checkout will tell you so rather than taking the order.
How long it takes
Packed within 2 business days. Then tracked delivery in 6 to 9 business days.
We quote one window rather than a short one per region, because a promise you can rely on is worth more than an optimistic number. Customs processing and local postal services sit outside our control and can occasionally add time.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email when the parcel ships. If tracking has not updated for a couple of days early in the journey, that is normal. If it has not moved in a week, email hello@pawdstore.com and we will chase it.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside Australia may attract import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are set by that country, charged on arrival, and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict or prepay them.
Addresses
Check your address at checkout. If something is wrong, email us with your order number straight away. Before the parcel ships we can fix it. After, we cannot redirect it, and you would need to contact the carrier directly.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered and nothing has arrived, email hello@pawdstore.com with your order number and a photo where relevant. Check with neighbours and any safe-drop spot first, because that resolves most of them.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery on unworn, unused items in original packaging. The full terms are on our returns page.
