We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union. Orders to the United States ship free over US$35, and a flat US$6.95 below that. Orders are dispatched from our Australian or Asian warehouses, depending on stock availability. They are packed within 2 business days, then take 6 to 9 business days by tracked delivery. Orders ship delivered duty paid, so there are no duties, customs fees or tariffs to pay on delivery.
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unused items in their original packaging. Email us before sending anything back so we can give you the right address. Return postage for a change of mind is yours; if an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we reimburse the postage. The full terms are on our returns page.
