This website is operated by Pawd Australia Pty Ltd. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

You may not use our products for any illegal purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses or destructive code. A breach of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your right to use our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Product colours may vary slightly from images due to screen calibration and lighting conditions during photography.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon without consulting primary, more accurate sources.

Shipping is free on orders over A$49 and A$9.95 on orders under A$49. We pack within 2 business days, then tracked delivery takes 6 to 9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to the customer on dispatch.

We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Personalised and sale items are not returnable. You pay return postage for a change of mind; we pay it for anything faulty or wrong.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank, PayPal and Afterpay run on their own timelines and can take longer. The original shipping charge is not refunded on a change-of-mind return. The full policy is on our Returns page.
