The collar is sized on the neck, the harness on the girth. Measure the base of the neck and the deepest part of the chest, just behind the front legs, and allow two fingers of slack on each.

Each product has its own size guide on this page. For a collar, measure around the base of the neck and allow two fingers’ slack. For a harness, measure around the chest just behind the front legs. Between two sizes, size up.

Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging, and we’ll exchange or refund it. Email us first so we can give you the right address. Return postage is yours for a change of mind, and ours if the item is faulty.
Is it alright for everyday wear?
Yes. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and let it dry away from direct heat. The care notes for each product are in its description.
