They are packed within 2 business days, then take 6–9 business days by tracked delivery. Orders ship delivered duty paid, so there are no duties, customs fees or tariffs to pay on delivery. Returns within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unused in its original packaging. Email us before sending anything back so we can give you the right address. You cover return postage for a change of mind; if an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we reimburse the postage.

Fit: Measure around the deepest part of the chest, just behind the front legs, and size up if they fall between two.

How do I choose a size?
Each product has its own size guide on this page. For a collar, measure around the base of the neck and allow two fingers’ slack. For a harness, measure around the chest just behind the front legs. Between two sizes, size up.
What does shipping cost?
Free on orders over NZ$60, and a flat NZ$10.95 below that. Every parcel is tracked.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging, and we’ll exchange or refund it. Email us first so we can give you the right address. Return postage is yours for a change of mind, and ours if the item is faulty.
Is it alright for everyday wear?
Yes. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and let it dry away from direct heat. The care notes for each product are in its description.
