Returns within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unused in its original packaging. Email us before sending anything back so we can give you the right address. You cover return postage for a change of mind; if an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we reimburse the postage.

The costume comes as a standing Santa, a standing snowman or a Santa rider, ready for the family photo and the Christmas Day visit. Each style fits a different range, from cats and small dogs up to large dogs.
Sizes: XS to 7XL for the standing Santa, S to XL for the snowman and S to 2XL for the Santa rider.
Fit: Measure around the chest and from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, and size up if your pet is between sizes.
Care: Hand wash cool and dry flat, keeping appliqué pieces away from direct heat.

The appliqué builds up each face and its details, so the characters read clearly from across a room. These are dress-up costumes, and they come into their own in the family photo on Christmas Day.
Finding the right size
Measure around the deepest part of the chest, then along the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Compare both with the size guide, and between two sizes, choose the larger.

How do I choose a size?
Each product has its own size guide on this page. For a collar, measure around the middle of the neck and allow two fingers laid flat. For a harness or clothing, measure around the chest just behind the front legs, and for clothing the back length from collar to tail. Between two sizes, size up.
What does shipping cost?
Free on orders over NZ$60, and a flat NZ$10.95 below that.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging, and we’ll exchange or refund it. Email us first so we can give you the right address. Return postage is yours for a change of mind, and ours if the item is faulty.
Can it be worn every day?
Yes. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and let it dry away from direct heat. The care notes for each product are in its description.
