They are packed within 2 business days, then take 6 to 9 business days by tracked delivery. Orders ship delivered duty paid, so there are no duties, customs fees or tariffs to pay on delivery. Returns within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unused in its original packaging. Email us before sending anything back so we can give you the right address. You cover return postage for a change of mind; if an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we reimburse the postage.

Sturdy Oxford fabric frames the mesh panels and keeps the carrier structured, on the shoulder strap or by the handles. Six colours run from discreet black to bright pink and red, with blue, green and purple in between.

Check your pet against the weight guide for each size, then measure them from nose to the base of the tail. They should be able to stand, turn and lie down inside.
