Free shipping on orders over NZ$60; below that it is a flat NZ$10.95. Orders are dispatched from our Australian or Asian warehouses, depending on stock availability. They are packed within 2 business days, then take 6 to 9 business days by tracked delivery. Orders ship delivered duty paid, so there are no duties, customs fees or tariffs to pay on delivery. Returns within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unused in its original packaging. Email us before sending anything back so we can give you the right address. You cover return postage for a change of mind; if an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we reimburse the postage.

Is it safe to leave with my pet?
Toys are for supervised play. Choose one bigger than your pet’s mouth can swallow, and put it away once it starts to come apart.
