Explore All CollectionsA collar is best for dogs that walk calmly and don't pull. A harness distributes pressure across the chest, making it safer for pullers, puppies, and dogs with respiratory or neck issues. We recommend a harness for most dogs during walk training.
For collars, measure around the base of the neck with a soft tape measure and add 2cm for comfort. For harnesses, measure the widest part of the chest (just behind the front legs). Check each product's size guide for exact sizing.
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union. Orders to New Zealand ship free over NZ$60, and a flat NZ$10.95 below that. Orders are dispatched from our Australian or Asian warehouses, depending on stock availability. They are packed within 2 business days, then take 6–9 business days by tracked delivery. Orders ship delivered duty paid, so there are no duties, customs fees or tariffs to pay on delivery.
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unused items in their original packaging. Email us before sending anything back so we can give you the right address. Return postage for a change of mind is yours; if an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we reimburse the postage. The full terms are on our returns page.
