Returns within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unused in its original packaging. Email us before sending anything back so we can give you the right address. You cover return postage for a change of mind; if an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we reimburse the postage.

The boots have a faux suede outer, a fluffy fleece cuff and a soft, non-slip sole that keeps its grip on cold floors and frosty paths. A strap fastens around the ankle so they stay on. Choose cherry red, jet black, cobalt blue, rose pink or cinnamon brown.

Cherry red and cobalt blue are the boldest of the five colours, while jet black and cinnamon brown sit easily beside most coats and leads. The faux suede has a soft, brushed surface that looks neat on small paws.
Finding the right size
Stand your dog on a sheet of paper and mark the tip of the toes and the back of the pad. Choose the size whose sole length covers it, and size up if between two.

How do I choose a size?
Each product has its own size guide on this page. For a collar, measure around the middle of the neck and allow two fingers laid flat. For a harness or clothing, measure around the chest just behind the front legs, and for clothing the back length from collar to tail. Between two sizes, size up.

What if it doesn’t fit?
