They are packed within 2 business days, then take 6 to 9 business days by tracked delivery. Orders ship delivered duty paid, so there are no duties, customs fees or tariffs to pay on delivery. Returns within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unused in its original packaging. Email us before sending anything back so we can give you the right address. You cover return postage for a change of mind; if an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we reimburse the postage.

The Christmas hat comes as a plush hood with antlers or as a tree-shaped hat dotted with colourful pompoms and a gold star. The pompom hats tie under the chin.
Choose brown with red antlers, white with antlers, or green or red with pompoms.
Sizes: XS for the brown antler hat, and S or L for the others. See the size guide for each measurement.

The antler styles are plush hoods in brown or white, while the tree-shaped hats come in green or red, dotted with colourful pompoms. A gold star tops each tree hat and catches the light against the colour.

Choose the hat size by your pet's weight. The brown antler hat comes in XS, the others in S or L. Stay close while it is worn.

How do I choose a size?
Each product has its own size guide on this page. For a collar, measure around the middle of the neck and allow two fingers laid flat. For a harness or clothing, measure around the chest just behind the front legs, and for clothing the back length from collar to tail. Between two sizes, size up.

Free on orders over NZ$60, and a flat NZ$10.95 below that.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging, and we’ll exchange or refund it. Email us first so we can give you the right address. Return postage is yours for a change of mind, and ours if the item is faulty.
Can it be worn every day?
Yes. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and let it dry away from direct heat. The care notes for each product are in its description.
